All moves require payment at delivery. Payment can be in the form of cash, check, or credit card. 

Contact us as soon as you can to discuss any changes that will need to be made. We try our best to accommodate each customer. 

This is a visual survey of your belongings. The estimator will need to look at all the items that are being moved. This includes insides of cabinets and hutches if there is packing needed.

A non-binding estimate is a carrier's approximation of the cost, based on the estimated weight of the shipment and the accessorial services requested. The final cost will be based upon the actual weight/time, the services provided, and the tariff in effect.

Yes dresser drawers can be left full, although this should only be limited to clothes and non-breakable items. If it can be easily lost or broke it should be removed.

All major appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, stoves, etc.) should be properly disconnected before the movers arrive. see appliance manual for instructions. If you have gas appliances, these must be unhooked & lines capped by a professional prior to our arrival. All refrigerators and freezers should be defrosted, cleaned and dried before our crew arrives.

• No hazardous or combustible items

Although we don't expect to have any issues, sometimes accidents do happen. If something should happen please call the office and report right away.
