This is a visual survey of your belongings. The estimator will need to look at all the items that are being moved. This includes insides of cabinets and hutches if there is packing needed.

A non-binding estimate is a carrier's approximation of the cost, based on the estimated weight of the shipment and the accessorial services requested. The final cost will be based upon the actual weight/time, the services provided, and the tariff in effect.

Yes dresser drawers can be left full, although this should only be limited to clothes and non-breakable items. If it can be easily lost or broke it should be removed.

All major appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, stoves, etc.) should be properly disconnected before the movers arrive. see appliance manual for instructions. If you have gas appliances, these must be unhooked & lines capped by a professional prior to our arrival. All refrigerators and freezers should be defrosted, cleaned and dried before our crew arrives.

  • Aerosol cans of any sort
  • Heating agents, such as sterno
  • Fire extinguishers
  • Any type of gas, kerosene, or diesel
  • Paints, varnishes, solvents, thinners, and oils
  • Ammonia, bleach, chlorine, and other household cleaners
  • Auto batteries
  • Charcoal and light fluid
  • Matches and lighters
  • Ammunition and gun powder
  • No hazardous or combustible items
